Description: The Library Residency is part of the OhioLINK Luminaries Program and offers hands-on resume building experience in the information studies profession, exploring its purpose, reach and expertise. The OhioLINK Library Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Initiative seeks to create and promote career opportunities in librarianship, information studies, and data sciences to individuals from under-represented populations and economically disadvantaged environments. The Initiative aims to identify and encourage diverse candidates for Ohio’s libraries and library-related industries that are more representative of the state’s population, while also encouraging and supporting efforts towards greater diversity, equity, and inclusion at the library level.


Participate in different facets of librarianship, including but not limited to, the organization, interpretation and dissemination of information, public services, library technology, social media, databases, and preservation of information. Description: Mental and Emotional Wellness Centers of Ohio (MEWCOhio) is a private practice counseling center located in Cleveland, Ohio. We provide mental health services to our clients through individual and group counseling. Our practice strives to provide an environment that fosters growth for all employees.


The ideal candidate will have a passion for mental health and be interested in integrating that into marketing. They will be able to work independently and have good communication skills. Those who fit this criterion are encouraged to apply immediately, with the start date being mid-May. This position would last at least two semesters - Summer 2022 - Fall 2022, with the ability to extend into Spring 2023, if requested. The expected weekly commitment will be 10 hours per week with some scheduling flexibility. This is a paid internship with compensation ranging from $9.00-$11.30 per hour.
